As a Prestige member, I enjoyed the extra perks, but the service had its hiccups with delays and room changes. The location, not ideal for nearby dining options, but free transport to malls helped. The dining was a highlight at Ilang Ilang, always awesome, although crowded. The facilities were satisfactory.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms are lovely and spacious, named after the national heroes of the Philippines. I enjoyed a great view of either Manila Bay or Fort Santiago.
